What They're Saying
"I bought your Elk Hunter... It was, by far, the best of my knives. Bear hides re tough and I used it to easily clean and skin the entire bear. I didn't even have to resharpen it for my next hunt."
– Dan Bradley
6 years ago my wife bought me a KOA knife. I have never seen a knife that has held an edge so long. It has gutted and skinned 6 elk. This knife is just as sharp as the day I unwrapped it! My son just turned12 and I bought him the Alpha Wolf model. I?m sure his will be just as good as mine.

– Shane Piquet
"After getting several recommendations about your knives, I bought your Elk Hunter in Fairbanks. After a successful hunt, I used it to skin a butcher my black bear. It was by far the best of knives that I carried with me. Bear hides are tough and I used it to easily clean and skin the entire bear. I didn't even have to re-sharpen it for my next hunt. Also surprisingly, it did not rust or tarnish as I had expected in the harsh field conditions. The D2 steel in your knives is superb. Thanks for a great knife."
– Dan Bradley
I have used Knives of Alaska knives for years. I am a deer hunter and use the caper most of all and all of the other members constantly borrow my caper. We have 15 members in our club, so you can imagine how much use my caper sees. KOA beats all other brands. Hands down the best knives I?ve ever owned. My KOA knives skin and process an average of 13-28 deer a season. Thanks for the knives I would trust my life with in the woods. CAN'T BEAT KOA.

I bought 2 knives from you, a muskrat and cub bear. Those are the sharpest knives I've ever received straight from the factory box. Blew my mind! The price and quality far exceed other knife makers, both USA and foreign. I'll never buy another hunting knife from anyone else - Knives of Alaska are the only knives I'll buy from now on! I can't wait for hunting season and using my Knives of Alaska!! Thank you so much for making such great knives at great prices.

Like Knives of Alaska, the Alaska Expedition Company is owned and operated by Alaska Master Big Game Guide, Charles Allen and his wife, Jody.
