This knife holds an edge beautifully. Ive only needed to sharpen it once since I bought it and ive had it for around 4 years. Filleting larger fish is a breeze with this knife and i never worry about the sharpness even after a weekend of trotlines. The handle is great and enables a firm grip even when coated in fish slime.
