Field dressing multiple deer and elk without sharpening, gutting hundreds of trout and dressing more turkeys than we can count, these little knives are a true work of art and out work all my previously carried knives! Thank You Knives of Alaska. We killed 7 Hogs and decided we would clean these Hogs. The only knife I had was the Hunter. This knife was amazing. After cleaning all 7 of the Hogs, I still had a very sharp knife. Within 5 minutes on my return home my knife was again shaving sharp. A couple days ago we killed two hogs and after cleaning both those, my knife would still shave. I am sold on the Hunter knives.
